Service Desk Operator

Descripción

We are looking for people with a high level of English for our IT Service Desk vacancies at the everis iCenter in Playa de San Juan (Alicante). The iCenter is a High Performance Center specialized in the provision of technological infrastructure services.

Some of your responsibilities would be:

  • Ticket management.
  • Process incidents, requests and inquiries.
  • Incident support level 1 and queries that can be resolved in remote.

You would also support tasks such as:

  • Microcomputer user support.
  • Management contract manufacturer of hardware support.
  • Features and System Support Operating.
  • Installing new software on computers.
  • Preparation of new equipment.
  • Keeping boardrooms (TV's, PC's, Video conferencing, etc..).

Requisitos

  • English speaker.
  • Technical Degree completed.
